David observes changes in the ecosystem from a consumer behavior perspective, letting those trends shape his approach to each problem. As new innovations and company changes occur, he works to understand them within the context of his role at NXTMOVES so that each solution comes from an informed vantage point.

It also informs how he sees what NXTMOVES gets right. "It is important to diversify sponsor banks and processors to enable our clients to launch programs aligned with their goals," he says. "This provides a foundation for launching unique product capabilities and drives program speed-to-market." In an industry where concentration risk is a real and often underestimated problem, diversification is a commitment to the clients NXTMOVES serves.
